From the 16th till the 20th of March the team of the project "Equal opportunities for young students with children to obtain a profession at higher educational establishments" held training seminars to promote the initiative "Family friendly university" for higher education establishments in two regions of Ukraine.

Training seminars of the  project were conducted with the regard to all the peculiarities of different target groups and they all outline not only the opportunities but as well the mechanisms, resources and risks of the initiative, which the project team has worked out during the implementation of family friendly approaches at Sumy State University.

The participants were provided with the set of scientific and educational materials required for further work implementation of initiative, including manuals, brochures and handbooks developed by the team of the project and describing the principles and mechanisms for implementing both the initiative of the Family friendly University as a whole, as well as its individual components.

The team of the project admired and appreciated interesting and useful ideas and suggestions that were made by the administrative and academic staff of the universities, by representatives of students’ self-government and young students with children.
