May 18-19 the team of the project "Equal opportunities in getting profession for young mother-students in higher educational establishments" provided training for universities in Kyiv.

During the training the participants had the opportunity to discuss about gender stereotypes and ways to overcome them, attitudes toward persons with family responsibilities and the state family policy. The general conclusion was that family-friendly approaches at universities are a requirement of our time, and that it has numerous benefits for the university community, for the image of the university and for society in general.
