During September 21-24 team project "Equal opportunities in getting profession for young mother-students in higher educational establishments" held training seminars on implementation the initiative "Family friendly university" for representatives of higher educational institutions of two regions of Ukraine - Odessa and Kirovograd.

Training participants in these two areas were representatives of universities, particulary in Odessa - National University "Odessa Law Academy" and Odessa Mechnikov National University; in Kirovograd - Kirovograd State Pedagogical University named after V. Vynnychenko, Kirovograd Institute of Commerce and Kirovograd Cooperative College of Economics and Law. named after M.P.Saya.

Trainings are implementing for the different target groups contain training seminars not only focus on the opportunities, but also on the mechanisms, resources and risks of the initiative, which has already worked out the project team during the implementation of family friendly approaches in Sumy State University.

All participants received the necessary training to work and further implementation of initiatives set of scientific and methodological materials. There are manual developed under the project, presentations and brochures describing the principles and mechanisms for implementing the initiative as friendliness to the family and its individual components.
