Initiative "Family friendly university" was presented for "Youth in Action"

At the end of February Wroclaw (Poland) under the program "Youth in Action" held the event on the development of partnerships between European organizations and organizations of neighboring countries working with young people. The event was an opportunity not only to learn, but also to present the experience of Sumy State University in the implementation of family-friendly initiatives at European level.

The participant from Sumy State University was a coordinator of the project "Equal opportunities in getting profession for young mother-students in higher educational establishment" Yulia Savelyeva. Overall, the event was attended by representatives of the 12 countries. The main topic of discussion was how to optimize your work with young people through the use of media.

"For us, this meeting provided an opportunity not only to present their experiences, but also to start a partnership with those working in the field of family support across Europe. Thus, the program "Youth in Action" transformed into "Erasmus+", which will continue until 2020 and expand activities engaged a wide range of participants help to establish partnerships between interested countries in Europe and its neighbors",- says Yulia Savelyeva.

The event seeks for youth and children, make sure that the theme of friendship for the family is relevant to many countries. And it’s a fact that youth today become much active and we must be proud of the fact that Sumy State University has already demonstrated projects to share with partners. A goal ahead is careful preparation and planning of operations of the Partnership.

Shifting the support of the family combined efforts of stakeholder organizations can count on effective ways of determining the balanced support which is currently needed for families.
