On April 23, 2014 in Sumy State University in a partnership with the Institute for innovation technologies and education content of Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine  held National Scientific on-line conference "Implementation of European standards in the educational process of the university to combine professional and family responsibilities of students".

Organizers of the conference aimed to discuss issues of implementation in the educational process of the university practices for preparing students for family life as well as exchange of experience distributing innovative educational technology in the fields of family values in students.

In preparation for the conference were summarized existing experience of universities in Ukraine and issued to participants collection of innovative educational technologies - Textbook "Social and educational activities of higher education institutions on the formation of family values in students", which was successfully presented at the conference.

Most of the participants worked in on-line mode. In addition, the "live mode" section of Sumy State University young scientists, experts of the Center for Family Support of SSU Yulia Savelyeva, Olga Skrypka and practical psychologists Paraskoviya Sahno and Lyudmila Kolisnyk conducted a workshop and presentation on the implementation of the components of the initiative "Family friendly university".

This event has become an additional step in the spread of Sumy State University experience gained in the project "Equal opportunities in getting profession for young mother-students in higher educational establishment".
