As a part of the strategy of University Initiative "Family Friendly University" Gender Resource Centre in association with the trade union committee started work on conducting a gender audit of the University.

As the chairman of the trade union representative body of the university Valentina Borovik noticed the participation in the gender audit reveals a new direction for trade unions and new analysis capabilities and their own activities and allows for a more systematic work to improve the socio-psychological climate and conditions of members of staff.

The first results of the audit will be presented at the National Seminar a network of gender education school which will be held February 18-20 at Sumy State University in partnership with the Friedrich Ebert Foundation in Ukraine.
