18-20 February in Sumy State University held National seminar "Gender Audit in Universities as an instrument of policy implementation of equal rights and opportunities for women and men in education".

The workshop is a part of a large-scale network partnership with the Delegation of Friedrich Ebert Foundation in Ukraine. Mr. S. Moizer as aa person in charge of foundation will sign a cooperation agreement with Sumy State University as the focal point of the All-Ukrainian Network of cells gender education.

Workshop participants will discuss topical issues of higher education reform in Ukraine, importance of gender component in the process of reform, the role of this cell gender education universities and study the methodology of gender audit procedures as a tool to improve the policy of equal opportunities in universities.
